By using PetroLink, you agree to submit quote requests and place orders only for legitimate business purposes. Product availability, specifications, prices, taxes, delivery charges, and timelines remain indicative until we issue and you accept a final quote or order confirmation.

We may reject or cancel requests and orders that cannot be fulfilled because of stock, account verification, delivery limits, or legal and compliance requirements. Payment and delivery terms become binding only when confirmed in writing. Title and risk pass on delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PetroLink is operated by an authorised OPW distribution partner in South India. Product warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturer under its stated warranty terms.

We collect account and business information such as your name, phone number, email address, company name, occupation, GST number, delivery address, quote requests, and order history to operate the B2B platform. OTP codes are used for authentication. We do not sell your personal data.

We use this information to verify accounts, prepare quotes, fulfil orders, provide support, and send service updates. We share data only with service providers and business partners when needed to operate these services or meet legal requirements.

Account, quote, and order data is stored on our service providers' systems. On supported devices, access tokens are stored in platform secure storage. We keep data only for as long as needed for business, tax, legal, and security purposes.

We may send promotional messages only where permitted. You can change notification preferences in Settings. Contact support to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements.

Request account and data deletion

A quote request is not an order and can be withdrawn before you accept the final quote. To request cancellation of an accepted order, contact support with your order number as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch starts.

Returns require prior approval and are subject to product condition, manufacturer terms, and any agreed commercial terms. Custom, installed, used, or specially procured products may not be returnable.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after returned goods are received and inspected. Until online payment is available, our team will coordinate approved refunds through the original or another agreed payment method.
